Where we work
Griffith-built. Delivered Australia-wide.
Industrial electrical, automation, robotics and switchboard projects for clients across Australia, engineered and tested in our Griffith workshop.
AMC is a Griffith-based industrial electrical and automation business, and our work doesn't stop at the Riverina. We deliver PLC and SCADA systems, robotics, switchboards and MCCs, machine safety and engineering design for clients across Australia, with one team accountable from the first drawing to handover.
How we deliver interstate
- Scope and design, remotely. We review your drawings, photos and requirements, visit site if needed, and give you a clear written scope and an upfront price. Electrical design, schematics, I/O lists and functional specifications are done in-house.
- Build and test in Griffith. Switchboards, MCCs and control panels are built in our own workshop. PLC and HMI software is written and tested against the panel before it leaves, so problems are found on our bench, not on your site.
- Ship it ready to install. Panels arrive labelled, documented and tested, with the software already loaded.
- Install and commission on site. Our crew travels to site for installation, terminations, commissioning and operator training, with the time planned around your production.
- Support from anywhere. Secure remote access lets us fault-find and make program changes without a site visit, and we stay on call for breakdowns.
What we deliver Australia-wide
Why clients outside the region use us
- One team, end to end. Design, panel build, programming, installation and commissioning under one contract, with fewer interfaces and less risk.
- Engineering-led. Trade-qualified electricians working alongside electrical engineers and automation specialists.
- Proven in food, agriculture and water. We know hygiene requirements, seasonal deadlines and plants that can't stop.
- Safety designed in. Machine safety to AS 4024 and hazardous areas to AS/NZS 60079 are part of the design, not an afterthought.
- Licensed and insured. NSW Electrical Contractor Licence 480448C and $20 million public liability.
Working with head contractors
We take on the electrical, controls or automation package for head contractors, EPCs and engineering consultancies, working to your program, ITPs and documentation requirements. Send us the tender package and we'll come back with clear clarifications and a firm price.

FAQs
Working with us from interstate
Do you work outside the Riverina?
Yes. AMC is based in Griffith, NSW and delivers electrical, automation, switchboard and machine safety projects across Australia. Boards and panels are built and tested in our Griffith workshop and shipped to site, and our team travels for installation and commissioning.
Can you program and support PLCs remotely?
Yes. With secure remote access to your site we can fault-find, make program changes and support your operators without a site visit. Where a visit is needed, we plan it so the time on site is short and productive.
How do you keep costs down on interstate jobs?
Most of the work is done before we travel. Panels are built, wired, programmed and tested in Griffith, so site time is mainly installation, terminations and commissioning, with a single crew and a clear plan.
Can you work as a subcontractor to a head contractor or EPC?
Yes. We regularly take on the electrical, controls or automation package for head contractors and engineering firms, working to their program, documentation and site requirements.
Who looks after the system after handover?
We do. Every job is handed over with drawings, software backups and test records, and we provide ongoing remote support, maintenance and breakdown response.
Next step
Got a plant, machine or board that needs sorting?
Send us the scope, drawings or a few photos. An engineer reads every request and comes back within one business day with next steps and a clear, upfront price.
