- The brief
- Replace manual cleaning with a fully automated clean-in-place (CIP) system for a filling line, and deliver a complete new control system for the filler itself, with the safety and hygiene a juice plant demands.
- What we did
- AMC designed, built, installed and commissioned a fully automated CIP system, and designed, built and installed a full control system for the filler. That covered the control panels, PLC and HMI software written to our verification standard, a machine risk assessment, and safety system validation and sign-off.
Outcomes
- Fully automated, repeatable CIP cycles
