SVC-02 · Robotics integration

Robot cells engineered, guarded and ready for production.

From single-robot palletising cells to multi-cell automation, we integrate and program the robot, the conveyors around it and the safety system that protects your people, all tied back to your line controls.

What we do

  • Industrial robot integration and programming
  • Robotic palletising and material handling
  • Conveyor and material handling systems
  • Multi-cell and large-scale automation
  • Autonomous vehicle and mobile plant automation
  • Cell guarding and safety integration

Why automate with robots

More output, fewer injuries, fast payback.

Robots take on the repetitive, labour-intensive jobs that wear people out, and they pay for themselves quickly. Most of the robotic systems we scope pay back in under two years.

01

More capacity

Higher, steadier output from the same line, without adding shifts.

02

Available 24/7

Robots don't need breaks, so the line can keep running around the clock.

03

Short payback

Very short payback periods, most times under two years, depending on the application.

04

Faster

Consistent cycle times on repetitive tasks, hour after hour.

05

More accurate

Every pick, place and stack done the same way, every time.

06

Safer

Fewer strains and manual handling injuries, with your people moved to higher-value work.

Is it a good fit?

The best jobs to automate.

If a task is repetitive, physically demanding or hard to staff, it's usually a strong candidate for a robot. We'll look at the job, the volumes and the space, and tell you honestly whether the numbers stack up.

  • Repetitive, labour-intensive tasks done the same way all day
  • Heavy or awkward lifting that causes strains and manual handling injuries
  • Palletising, depalletising and end-of-line handling
  • Jobs that are hard to staff, especially across extra shifts
  • Processes where speed and accuracy limit your output

FAQs

Common questions

How quickly does a robot pay for itself?

Payback periods are very short, most times under two years. It depends on the task, your volumes and how many shifts you run, so we work through the numbers with you before you commit.

What does robot integration actually include?

We program the robot, the conveyors and material handling around it, and the safety system that protects your people, then tie it all back into your existing line controls so it runs as part of the plant, not as an island.

Do you design the guarding and safety system?

Yes. Cell guarding, light curtains, interlocks and safety-rated control circuits are designed to AS 4024 as part of the integration, not added afterwards.

Can you start with one cell and expand later?

Yes. We design single-robot cells so they can grow into multi-cell and larger-scale automation as your volumes increase.

Do you work on mobile and autonomous equipment?

Yes. Alongside fixed robot cells, we work on autonomous vehicle and mobile plant automation.
