Do you really answer breakdown calls after hours?

Yes. Call 0427 997 730 any time. Out-of-hours work is charged at our after-hours rate, and we'll tell you that up front.

Can you work on the PLC and SCADA system we already have?

Almost certainly. Our team is certified across Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Modicon, Citect and more, including older legacy platforms that are hard to find support for.

Do you build switchboards yourselves?

Yes. Main switchboards, MCCs and control boards are designed and built in our Griffith workshop, tested before they leave, then installed by our own crew.

How do you price work?

Projects get a clear, upfront written quote with no hidden costs, and you approve each stage before we start it. Smaller service and breakdown work is charged at our standard hourly rates.

What documentation do we get at the end?

As-built drawings, test records, photos and practical recommendations, everything you need for compliance, maintenance planning and internal reporting.

Do you only work in the Riverina?

The Riverina is home, and our fastest response is local. For projects, our team travels and delivers across NSW and Australia.
