About AMC

Regional roots. Engineering depth.

AMC Electrical & Automation began in Griffith in 2022 as a single-operator electrical contractor. It has grown into a multi-disciplinary engineering team that takes on complex industrial projects in-house.

Founder & Managing Director

Anthony Condon

Anthony began his career in industrial electrical in 2005 and has worked across water and wastewater, manufacturing, processing, agribusiness and mining.

He has managed the electrical, automation and control maintenance departments of heavy industrial sites in remote locations, and brings hands-on depth in engineering and design, advanced PLC and SCADA development, troubleshooting, and industrial networking.

Today Anthony leads the AMC team from Griffith, focused on strategy, business development and delivery oversight across a growing portfolio of projects. He's passionate about continuous improvement, energy efficiency and machine guarding.

Our team & delivery model

The technical heart of the job stays in-house.

Our team spans senior electrical engineers, automation and controls specialists, project managers, field service and automation technicians, and site installation crews, backed by our own workshop and switchboard-building capability.

That means we can scope, engineer, build, install and commission complex projects end to end, without leaning on subcontracted engineering. We've deliberately invested ahead of demand, bringing senior engineering capability in-house so we can take on larger, more demanding programs of work.
